Privacy Policy
As part of our on-going commitment to current and potential new clients we have updated our GDPR Data Privacy policy. GDPR comes into effect on 25th May 2018 in both the UK and the EU.
As part of our service to you we give you the capacity to enquire about the many services that Artejano has to offer, and how our skills can be of service to you. We do not use your data in any direct marketing of any kind, but may email you from time to time to keep you updated on any news about Artejano and our services. These emails will also give you the opportunity to have your data removed from our records.
Your Personal Data
On submitting your request for contact with Artejano we only ask for your Name and email address, your telephone number and company name can also be submitted but are not mandatory. All these entries are classed as personal data. Any comments you submit will be responded to on your given email directly, but will not be made public.
We collect your details on first contact with you but none of your details are transmitted to, or stored in any other location or passed to any other organisation or 3rd party. We will only use your details to contact you directly.
The ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) outlines the guideline for the use of your personal data and we try to align our ‘Legitimate interest’ in contacting you with processing any individual interest requests by you.
Your options
As of 25th May 2018 and as the Data Controller we are required to supply, on request, any details you require with regards to any clarity on your data we hold, details on how your data is used or stored. This can be obtained by emailing us at info@artejano.co.uk
